Hello
My users are getting this weird problem where they get "Link Expired" message while downloading file. Most weird part about this problem is that it fixes it self (i.e. after sometime they dont get the message.) Even when I tired to download these files I got this error first time but second time it worked for me.
not sure what is the problem.
Can you please advise?
Thanks in advance. |

Oh, I think I know your problem.
That's cause Main-server & File-server clocks are not synced.
Or if this is not possible, find in index.cgi: "time+30*60" and replace with e.g. "time+60*60" so download session timeout will be 60 mins instead of 30. |
