[HELP] MAJOR ERROR

Good day..

i'm having some problems.. i really don't know what the hell is wrong with it.. it was working fine..

when i click on a link like the one below as a registered or premium user i get the download page.. no problems at all.
http://website.com/t1jqggw1938t/file.rar.html

but when anonymous user click on it.. it shows an error:

Fixed. There was an error creating PNG captcha image, changed to text captcha - working fine now.

thanks for your effort. but there is still some problem

it's changed to text fine..

the text works fine only on Safari browser.. but IE and Firefox it don't

and i have a question.. what might have caused the error with creating PNG files?
