Few tips:
1. Need to take a look into apache error log.
2. Check if regular file upload working.
Because it seems like your server drops connection during upload. |

| I'm still looking if I have access to the apache error log.Uploading is working fine. When I try downloading the files using an FTP client (from the upload directory), it downloads successfully. |

What do you mean by "not dedicated ip"?
If you still have problem - email us your order id and ftp connection info. |
