Pro useage?

I've inherited a project that is using Xupload Pro V 2.5. Are the pro features only going to work on the client's server IP? I'm asking because I've been banging my head trying to figure out why I can't get the multi file uploads working and it occurred to me that it may not work on my development server because the IP is not the same. Please advise.

Yes. Need to be same domain/IP due to cross-domain browser security issues.

can i just buy a key for our development server? if so how do i do that for the copy of the code we have?

I'm a bit confused what's wrong with you, but here's some info:
1) You are not able to redistribute XUpload Pro code any way due to license.
2) XUpload Pro should work fine on your development server if both upload page and upload.cgi are on same server.
3) Email to info@sibsoft.net if you need to clarify license details.
