Arabic File Names not supported please help

thank you for your support making HTML pages recognize Arabic but it make no sense if the html paged Arabic and the uploaded file names can't be recognized by the script the problem is if the file is in Arabic the uploaded file names will look like this

or

http://www.usharer.com/UJ4TEU0IYM3O/8A__1608___1606___1586____1604___1575___1587___1578___1593___1575___1583___1577____1575___1604___1605___1581___1584___1608___1601___1575___1578__Data_Recovery_Program_CD.rar

So PLEASE solve this problem to let my Arabic visitors upload their Arabic files with it's Arabic file names

I'm sorry, but UTF filenames are available in Pro version only now.
Does rapidshare allow arabic filenames for you?
