how to add more options in Points exchange rate

Normal everyone can exchange points only in this option:

For example:

Convert 100 points to 3 days
Convert 10000 points to $ 4 profit

is not enough for me and i would like add more options like:

Convert 10 points to 1 days
Convert 100 points to 3 days
Convert 1000 points to 30 days
Convert 10000 points to 360 days

Convert 100 points to $ 1 profit
Convert 1000 points to $ 2 profit
Convert 10000 points to $ 3 profit
Convert 100000 points to $ 4 profit

but try to put a , betwean them ??

so you get this

points 100,1000
days 1 , 10

i only know that with payments that it auto calculates

so if you need 100 points for 1$
and you have 1000 points , then it will give you 10$

so with money is it hte min amount needed
