can't track down the problem. upload progress remains at 0, then Upload failed!. writes new folder to tmp that contains flength. no uploaded file.
tried many suggestions from this forum. (free version)

Try to use our .htaccess file. You can find it on xupload page on our site

yes sir

i use your .htaccess in cgi-bin. my host tells me .htacess will work in html dir but cgi-bin is symlinked so should work in cgi-bin also. i put it in html anyway. CHMOD 755

tried different parts of .htaccess and all of it. no change in hebavior. will send any files or info you think can reveal the error

Hmm...without progress bar upload works fine? File creating in uploads folder? Maybe error happens in upload.cgi? This happens in free version on some systems.
Can you PM me URL to your upload_form.html?
