want to decrease the limit of uploading/downloading plz help

mm i have a problem i donno if it's from the server or script i ask my webhoster and they tell me :

That was causing high server CPU load
and our system blocks it
You need to decrease some limit
Is it for upload/download files ?

Then please decrease the limit of uploading/downloading or contact with your webmaster
me: how to decrease it ?
This is Webdesign part and we do not provide support for it currently

Can help you here. I guess you use sharing cheap hosting, they always suck. Too many sites on one server so too huge load.
We recommend Dedicated servers or at least VPS/VDS for XFS.

That's sharing hosting too. There's no such thing as Unlimited Data Transfer & Unlimited Web Space, it's just marketing tricks.
But you can try it.

If you're limited in budget but want stable and perfomance solution I recommend https://www.burst.net/servers.shtml dedicated server. They're cheapest.
